Terms & Conditions
Ruby Mountain Pet Waste Management LLC is an independently owned and operated business ("us", "we" or "our") that provides pet-waste removal services to residential and commercial properties. You must agree to the following terms of service ("Terms") that govern the services provided by us. By accepting the services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands our ability to provide the services can be dependent on weather, condition of yard (grass height, debris, etc.), access to your yard, and other unknown outside influences.
Billing
If you would like to sign up for recurring services, your card will automatically be charged on service days or the day you signed up. if your card is declined, there is a 5 day grace period for payment. If choosing to pay cash, check or Venmo, we ask that payment is given to technician upon arrival. For Recurring subscriptions, you will still be charged and we do not offer refunds for missed services. Therefore in these cases, we will always reschedule services.
Cancelling Services
When cancelling recurring services, please let us know 2 weeks in advance of you last recurring service.
Initial Clean-Ups
For our Recurring cleaning, There is a first service fee that is added to your first payment. There may be an additional accumulation fee depending on the condition of your yard and the amount of time it takes to thoroughly clean up all dog waste.
One Time Cleans may have an additional accumulation fee depending on the condition of your yard and the amount of time it takes to thoroughly clean up all dog waste. We also require a 24-hour cancellation notice, If you cancel the appointment after the 24-hour window, you will only be refunded 50% of payment. This protects us in case you cancel last minute and we can not rebook that time slot. If we arrive to your appointment and can not get ahold of you to access the yard, you will not be refunded.
Dogs In The Yard
For the safety of our technicians and your dogs, all dogs must be inside while we provide our services. If we have been introduced to the dog(s) and they are friendly, we don't mind if they are in the yard. The customer understands that if on the scheduled day of service, if dogs are left in the yard while you are not home and we have not met the dogs, Ruby Mountain Pet Waste Management LLC cannot provide services and your service will then be skipped and charges will still apply.
Accessing Your Yard
The Customer understands that on the scheduled day of service, if Ruby Mountain Pet Waste Management can not access the area needing cleaning, due to locked or blocked gates or dogs in the yard; your service will be skipped and charges will still apply.
Leaves, Debris and Tall Grass
It is very important to keep your yard maintained. If your yard is not maintained (i.e.- fallen leaves, tree branches, long grass, plant or weed overgrowth) it is extremely hard for us to see and therefore scoop all of the dog poop.
We will always do our best to clean up what we can find however, fallen leaves and long grass can camouflage dog poop making it difficult to see. If we cannot see the dog poop, we cannot scoop the dog poop.
Yard maintenance is also important for our safety. If we can not see where we are walking in the yard due to overgrowth we risk injury when trying to maneuver through the yard.
We understand that maintaining your yards a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at rubymountainpets@gmail.com.
If we arrive for our scheduled visit and the yard is completely overgrown and not maintained, for safety precautions we reserve the right to skip the visit and charges will still apply.
Weather
Ruby Mountain Pet Waste will work through inclement weather as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands that if there is inclement weather, Ruby Mountain Pet Waste Management will postpone service until the weather has cleared up.
For Recurring subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for missed services due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will reschedule services or skip services that week, and see you the following service.
A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all the dog poop that would have been scooped in the prior service. We will try to reschedule services.
Holidays
If your scoop day falls on a Federal holiday you will be notified that we will be rescheduling services to accommodate. The week of Thanksgiving, we take off both Thursday and Friday. For Recurring subscriptions, you will still be charged and we do not offer refunds if you choose not to reschedule.
Marketing Material
All Clients give express permission to Ruby Mountain Pet Waste Management LLC to use videos/photos of service performed, photos of dogs, etc. rendered at clients property or residence on Ruby Mountain Pet Waste Management LLC social media, website and any other marketing materials (print or digital) unless other arrangements have been made between the client and Ruby Mountain Pet Waste Management LLC.
Privacy Policy
We may collect personal information from you on our site or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our site may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as area needing service and general information about your pet's behavior.
We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business, your information is for Ruby Mountain Pet Waste Management LLC use only.
